Fresh, local, and grown with care! Our leafy greens are lovingly grown, nurtured, and harvested right here on the MIC school site. Come and visit our Market Stall in Weeks 5 & 8 to grab a fresh bunch for only $2.50 — perfect for salads, sandwiches, and healthy meals!

All of our Produce is seasonal and weather dependant but we regularly sell the following varieties:

  • Lettuce

  • Kale

  • Bok Choi

  • Chard / Silverbeet

  • Surinam Spinach
